Kloppenburg is a Personal Injury Law Firm which provides Services to consumers who were involved in accidents (specifically traffic, industrial and personal injury). Lawyers provide their services throughout the entire process, with clear and continuous communication which is essential.
Kloppenburg’s Business need
Kloppenburg fully digitizes all legal files, including email correspondence, and other pertinent documentation (Word files, Excel sheets, financial documents etc.). All of this information is managed and stored in a secure digital file, and can be accessed at all times.
The Dutch Government program also has a massive file digitization, and Lawyers are able to access legal information pertaining to their cases via web portals. These portals create a link between government databases and the injury office’s document management system.
The CaseNine solution
1. Created a case management application in Force.com.
2. Integrated the Case Mgmt. application with Google Apps for work and back-end office solution.
3. We created the API connection so Kloppenburg’s case management system properly works with Online Accounting System Twinfield.
4, Created an API integration between Google Drive and Force.com to create an efficient document management solution.
